Every style, buyer, supplier and material is a node. A new tech pack lands next to the last three from the same buyer, so the draft starts from history, not from a blank form.

Consumption, costing, CM — math is never generated
Fabric consumption, costing and CM minutes run through fixed formulas the factory can audit line by line. MARBIM fills the inputs; it never invents the arithmetic.

Nothing saves without a person
Every output is a draft until a named person with the right to that record presses approve. The stamp — who, when, and exactly what they saw — is permanent.
Consumption, costing and CM are computed, never generated. MARBIM fills the inputs from the documents; the formulas are fixed and auditable line by line. That is the honest claim, and the safer one.

Honest limits

What MARBIM never does.

It never approves anything.
Not a quote, not a purchase order, not a document release. Approval is a named person with the right to that record.
It never messages your buyer.
Drafts are for your merchandiser. What leaves the building is written and sent by a human.
It never invents a number.
If a value is not in a document you gave it, the field stays empty and is flagged — it does not guess a plausible one.
It never learns from your factory for someone else.
Your orders, rates and buyers stay in your instance. Nothing crosses to another factory.
It never moves money.
No payment, no bank instruction, no LC amendment leaves without a human signature on the release.
It never hides a source.
Every extracted value keeps a link to the document and line it came from, for as long as the record exists.
